Guacamole

Guacamole is an extremely versatile, extremely tasty way to reap the health rewards of this delicious green fruit. Avocados have a wealth on nutritional benefits. They are high in mono and polyunsaturated fats, a great source of fibre and high in vitamins E and C.

INGREDIENTS 

– 1 ripe avocado

– 1/2 red onion

– 1 tomato

– 1 clove of garlic

– Handful of coriander

– Half a lime

– 1/2 tsp salt

METHOD

– Start by scooping 1 ripe avocado into your ShakeSphere

– Finely chop 1 red onion and add to the shaker

–  Add 1 clove of garlic, minced or finely chopped

– Squeeze half a lime into the mixture along with 1/2 tsp of salt ( optional )

– Roughly chop a handful of fresh coriander

– Shake your ShakeSphere till avocado is  of a smooth consistency

– At this point add your diced tomato to add a bit of bite!
