Ginger and Cucumber Detox Water

When you’re trying to get your health back on track, there are many ways to detox your way to feeling better. The best way to flush out toxins, however, is simple: lots and lots of water. But you don’t have to drink it plain; you can add a little flavour as well with these delicious (and detoxifying) additions.

INGREDIENTS

– 1/2 litre water

– 2 tsp of ginger

– 1 lemon

– Cucumber

– 8 – 10 mint leaves

 METHOD

-Start by adding 1/2 litre of water into your ShakeSphere

– To that mince 1 tsp of ginger into the water

– Squeeze the juice of 1 lemon

– Slice half a cucumber into thin slices and add to water

– Finish with 8-10 mint leaves

– Shake your ShakeSphere well and pop in the fridge over night

Wake up and enjoy!
