ROLL OUT ABS

Level : Elite

Set : 4 X 6 Rep

Advise : Be careful to keep your pelvis straight with your back.

 

LEGS CROSSED PULL UP

Level : Elite

Rep : 4 x 6

Advise : Keep your legs tight and perpendicular to your back. Go up fast and down slowly.  

Back clap push up

Level : Elite

Set : 4 X 6 Rep

Advise : Make sure to well warm up your wrists and to be fast ! 

Hand stand push up

Level : Elite

Set : 4 X 4 Rep

Advise : Make sure your neck is align with your back. Do not do to many reps because of the blood pression in your head. 

Pistol

Level : Elite

Rep : 4 x 4 per leg

Advise : Go down slowly and go up fast. Try to keep a good balance and a fluent move.
