Banana omelette

Ingredients :

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 banana
  • Extras : chocolate chips, coconut, almonds...

Steps : 

  1. Mix the eggs in a vessel.
  2. Cut the banana in slices. Add it to the eggs. 
  3. Add the extras you want (as long as it is good for your health). 
  4. Put some oil in the pan at middle/high intensity. Add the mixture. 
  5. Slice the mix in non-stop during 3/4 minutes. 
  6. Enjoy your omelette !
