- 3 eggs
- 1 banana
- Extras : chocolate chips, coconut, almonds...
- Mix the eggs in a vessel.
- Cut the banana in slices. Add it to the eggs.
- Add the extras you want (as long as it is good for your health).
- Put some oil in the pan at middle/high intensity. Add the mixture.
- Slice the mix in non-stop during 3/4 minutes.
- Enjoy your omelette !
